Regarding one point regarding the WG status pages on the tools servers:

Right.  The tools pages also knows about which drafts are official WG drafts.
Non-Wg drafts are listed in a separate section at the bottom. It is however
not plainly stated that one group is WG drafts and the other isn't; I'll fix
that.

Regarding the obsoleted/updated-by annotation for the RFCs, that's a very
good point.  I'll add that information.
