There has been discussion of a number of drafts related to pre-
congestion notification (PCN) for admission control and flow pre-
emption in the TSVWG for the last couple of IETF meetings. We are
hoping to hold a BOF on PCN at the next IETF meeting, and to that end
a mailing list has been created.
