Maybe we (or even I) should open a voting page where people could enter their desired locations; or, conversely, the iAD could make it part of the meeting survey.

Taking flight connections and visa requirements into account, I've always wondered why Vancouver doesn't get more meetings. I'm sure sponsorship has a lot to do with it.
