I've been collecting a daily snapshot of the RFC Editor's queue since mid-2002; http://rtg.ietf.org/~fenner/iesg/analyze-rfcq.txt (updated daily) has ananalysis of every single document and state it's gone through since then. (That's where Thomas's example came from.) It doesn't have correspondence, and you have to download the whole file and search it for the document you're looking for, but at least the state change data is there.
