I may have contributed some of the IP addresses to the statistics but I am afraid that is all. As with 99.xx% of Internet users (but a much smaller percentage of IETF participants:-), I cannot get 64kbit/s;-( 16 always, 32 sometimes, 64 never. On this occasion, I got something over 16kbit/s but no information.
