## Public Side Meetings - New Scheduling Process

Based on community feedback, the IESG, LLC and Secretariat have been working on a new scheduling mechanism for side meetings at IETF 122. The Secretariat will now be managing room allocation for side meetings in an effort to mitigate errors and ensure a more digestible view.

To schedule a side meeting:

1. Find out when each room is available on our public Trello board: https://trello.com/b/R7yDMPyl

2. Fill out the Side Meeting Request Form: https://www.ietf.org/side-meetings/

3. The Secretariat will be allocating spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact support@xxxxxxxx with any questions or concerns.
