Christian,

Very sad news indeed.  I, and I think all of us, will miss him, he
technical contributions, and his personal style in approaching and
sorting through issues.  

As I have partially written you off-list, I hope that there is a way
to convey the comments and condolences from this community to his
family and friends in the Seattle area and hope that something
appropriate will be included in the IETF 122 plenary.

May his memory be a blessing.
