Yes, that’s supposed to be RFC3725. It’s fixed now.
The I-D's short title is "RFC4916 Update"; however, there is no mention of
updating RFC 4916 in the document or in the document metadata. Is this
intentional?
I’ve changed the short title – obviously it just came from the I-D name, and the legacy of this draft originally intending to update RFC4916, which it now does not.
Nits:
I picked some nits (comma fixes, consistent use of "header field", etc. See
