Hi,

I have reviewed this document. I think this document is almost ready for publication to Informational RFC. I would suggest that the second paragraph of Section one should be modestly cut. This paragraph introduces the existing access-network SAV mechanisms (e.g., SAVI) instead of intra-domain SAV mechanisms (e.g., uRPF). But access-network SAV is not the topic of this document. To highlight the topic of this document (i.e., intra-domain SAV), I think a shorter background on access-network SAV in the second paragraph would be better.
