The issue of the United States fingerprinting visitors is a long awaited process. When a person or family enters the United States they are ?guests,? and should and will be treated as a guest of ?our? country. Prior to 9/11 we were targets of some of our ?visitors,? although we (US Government) decided to quietly observe, instead of taken an active approach. It?s sad that it took a tragic event to change our thought process. Today everyone has to suffer; visitors undergo tighter security, and citizens are awaiting the next tragic event.
