Not replying to any particular part of this thread, but by pure chance I happened to watch a documentary about the life of Franz Kafka last night, and it reminded me that faceless intrusive government bureaucracy is nothing new, and modern visa requirements and semi-secret check lists are really no surprise, even if annoying. Personally I think we should be grateful that, today, the LLC handles as much of this as possible behind the scenes. It all strengthens the argument for hybrid meetings. Regards Brian Carpenter
