Note that this list of ‘highly illegal’ sites likely includes Wikipedia - in particular, this page:
	https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1989_Tiananmen_Square_protests_and_massacre

I am uncomfortable (to say the least) about the IETF accommodating a host nation that censors the Internet that we have provided them.
