Hi Michael, Rich, Bob,

Just to clarify, the experiment as announced also allowed to schedule meetings (as exceptions) against ALLDISPATCH, more precisely [1]:

>
Other events will be scheduled in the Monday first slot (0930-1130) with IESG approval only.

Changing from Monday morning to another slot is actually more of a change to the experiment than allowing selected wg conflicts. The reason for allowing these conflicts, as you know, was to be able to optimize our very valuable meeting time. So, to answer your question: yes, we consider Vancouver as a second instance of the experiment.

As for why we are running it again: we felt that we did not have enough experience with it to reach a conclusion, and given the nature of ALLDISPATCH, one more session with other topics scheduled might help. We will come back with more feedback requests after IETF 121.

Thanks,
Francesca

so the criteria hasn't changed.
Probably I asked the question wrong:  what does having a third set of data change?
Like Rich and Bob, I wondered if the Vancouver experiment was deemed an
outliner, and so we need more data.
