Hi Michael, Rich, Bob, Just to clarify, the experiment as announced also allowed to schedule meetings (as exceptions) against ALLDISPATCH, more precisely [1]: Changing from Monday morning to another slot is actually more of a change to the experiment than allowing selected wg conflicts. The reason for allowing these conflicts,
as you know, was to be able to optimize our very valuable meeting time. So, to answer your question: yes, we consider Vancouver as a second instance of the experiment. As for why we are running it again: we felt that we did not have enough experience with it to reach a conclusion, and given the nature of ALLDISPATCH, one more session
