Hi, The IESG has decided to continue the ALLDISPATCH experiment [1] for one more meeting, in order to get additional data, before concluding it and deciding if the experiment is to be considered successful. ALLDISPATCH will hence meet at IETF 121. There will be a few minor changes compared to IETF 120: the time slot requested will be 90 minutes, and not necessarily on Monday morning. This is to further help with scheduling. As for conflicts against it, they will only be allowed with IESG approval only (this is consistent with the announcement [1] and with the experiment as it was run at IETF 120). Reminder that ALLDISPATCH topics MUST NOT also be on the agenda of a WG meeting at IETF 121, unless the topic is directly dispatched to that WG in the session. DISPATCH, SECDISPATCH, and GENDISPATCH will not meet. Meetings of other working groups with dispatch functions – RTGWG, TSVWG, OPSAWG, and INTAREA – will not execute their dispatch functions in this cycle. The IESG asks working group chairs to ensure that this is so. The ALLDISPATCH chairs will begin building the agenda soon. We ask the community to quickly request ALLDISPATCH time slots, as that will help the IESG schedule other sessions against ALLDISPATCH, if necessary. The IESG plans on evaluating the success of this experiment after IETF 121, in consultation with the community.
