As the IEEE 802.11 liaison representative to IETF, I have been active in the discussions that led to the creation of this I-D. I have read the draft and believe it covers the simple need of allowing IEEE 802.11 to subsume RFC 8110. This is an important change of venue as it will allow OWE to be specified as part of the upcoming IEEE 802.11-2024 standard. Under separate cover, I've sent a small list of editorial nits to the authors, but nothing that ought to prevent this draft from advancing.
