This document covers meeting venue considerations with an intention to update/modify guidance provided in [RFC8718] "IETF Plenary Meeting Venue Selection" and [RFC8719] " High-Level Guidance for the Meeting Policy of the IETF". In short, the areas highlighted for update seem correct and reasonable based on empirical experience from meeting experiences and/or experience by meeting arrangers.
