Review result: Has Nits

Hi all,

I have reviewed this document as Ops area reviewer.

This document updates RFC 9092, adding new sections of Fetching Geofeed data
and the implementation of Geofeed, and supplements and optimizes the original
sections based on practices. The document is well written and almost ready with
small nits as below.

1. Abbreviations
Severl abbreviations in the newly added text is better to be expanded on the
first use, including Certification Authority (CA), EE (end-entity), Certificate
Revocation List (CRL) and Autonomous System (AS).

2. Content seems repetitive
Section 3:
Any particular inetnum: object SHOULD have, at most, one geofeed
reference, whether a remarks: or a proper geofeed: attribute when it
is implemented. If there is more than one, the geofeed: attribute
   SHOULD be used.

Section 4:
If an inetnum: object has both remarks: with geofeed data and also has a
geofeed: attribute, the geofeed: attribute SHOULD be used and the remarks:
ignored
