Hi there,

I spent some time re-reading those parts of the spec that relate
directly to the base HTTP (and URL^HI) specs, and found some minor
issues, but also a probably significant one with respect to what formats
component values have (allowable characters, characters vc octets,
encoding).

I have opened associated issues in the WG's github repo:
<https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Asignatures>

Best regards, Julian

PS: as a side note: I believe that a two week LC for a complex spec like
this is way too short.
