This document describes a YANG data model for the SCHC (Static Context Header
Compression) compression and fragmentation rules. The bulk of the document is
the YANG module, which I did not review as I am not a YANG expert. The rest of
the document was fine and mostly consisted of conventions for what appears in
the YANG module. The security considerations seemed sufficient. One minor nit,
in the last sentence of security considerations, the phrase "including access
right and identities" doesn't seem quite right. Maybe "including access
controls and identities"?
