I took a look at Bylaws-Final-Draft-Clean-05-09-2022.DOCX.pdf. Section 4.4 is about "Resignation and Removal". I could not find any text in that section related to removal of a trustee while removal is specified in Article VI (6.1 (c)) of SecondIETFTrustAgreement11-06-18.pdf.

Sections 4.8 and 4.9 of Bylaws-Final-Draft-Clean-05-09-2022.DOCX.pdf is about meetings of the Board of Trustees. It is quite peculiar that a meeting can be called without proper notice. I suggest considering whether to incorporate that as a requirement in Section 4.8. Section 4.9 states that a notice need not specify the purposes of the meeting. It does not seem prudent to adopt such an approach for calling a special meeting.
