The above comment was in response to a recommendation for the person to contact an Area Director [1] or the entire Internet Engineering Steering Group if that person felt abused or harassed. One of the points which was lost in the discussion was about readily-available information.

There was a URL on the "home page" of the IETF web site to point to whom to contact. The fact that the URL is no longer there means that the information is no longer important enough. The consequence is that a person who is not familiar with the IETF may have some difficultly finding the appropriate contact to discuss the matter with.
