Merriam-Webster Online says:

Definition of uncivil

1 : not civilized : barbarous
2 : lacking in courtesy : ill-mannered, impolite uncivil remarks
3 : not conducive to civic harmony and welfare

This seems like a potential improvement to me.   I don't think it has as much baggage as [un]professional has.  Offhand, I can't think of a kind of constructive input that cannot be expressed in a civil manner.   I wonder how well it translates to various languages and cultures?
