That's fair. It'd also require a bit of analysis as to how
published private keys could be used for attempted mischief
as well.
So I just discussed this with lawyer friend of mine who would actually
be impacted by this, and suffice it to say this could get very
complicated in an actual legal setting. I also found out that i could
have a gig as an expert witness. I'm weighing whether this a good thing
or a bad thing :)
