	The transport area begs to differ.

	It's clear that UDP is the one-true-way for all future transports.
I continue to hold what appears to be a minority view which is that
UDP/QUIC is harmful.

	It's clear many parts of the IETF have become the web transport
engineering task force.  If you don't subscribe to this, you will
find yourself ignored.  

	If the IETF feels the protocols are not viable, lets properly move
them to historic.  I don't expect someone to stand up a gopher server
in 2021 any more than I expect someone to set up a FTP server in 2021.
