Hi Henrik,

It's the IETF that sets the rules about comments submitted to NomCom, and those submissions are of course completely confidential (and that extends to the LLC Board's liaison to NomCom, whose seat is not up for review). BCP10 says "The NomCom may disclose a list of names of nominees who are willing to be considered for positions under review to the community, in order to obtain feedback from the community on these nominees." I think any attempt to preempt the IETF rules on this by limiting who is part of that "community" is null and void.
