Hi Vinayak, hi Steward, Yes, this is the normal setup we apply for f2f meetings (given there is usually only a certain number of people that fit in a room). This question also came up during the IABopen session and it’s definitely something we will consider. It's still the goal of the workshop, as it would be for a f2f workshop, to be interactive and have a lively discussion. This is probably a challenge in itself for an online workshop as I expect the dynamics to be very different than when you can actually look at someone. As such we still did not decide how exactly we will organise this workshop (e.g. having smaller breakout sessions or some panel like discussion, or maybe some summary/“listen-in” portion) and the final structure will strongly depend on the contributions we get. Still, there is no intention to actually have a whole bunch of up-front presentations and as such we are really looking for a reasonable set of active contributors instead of people who would just "listen-in”. In that sense if you are interested in participating in the discussion, please simply send a short contribution describing your position! In any case there will be a workshop report, as for all IAB workshops, and given the timely topic, I really hope we can publish that report (or at least a first version of it) soon after the workshop has happened. Further, contributions (with permission of the authors) will also be uploaded on the workshop webpage. Mirja > On 8.
