Amended transformation #1 to not assume that IESG/IRSG/IAB will have a strategy, from "LLC strategy closely aligned with the strategic objectives of IESG, IRSG and IAB" to "LLC strategy closely aligned with the plans and goals, where they exist, of IESG, IRSG and IAB" Also amended accompanying narrative to match.
