Perhaps the IETF > should consider standardizing such a charging mechanisms? from the give credit where credit is due department: i got the idea from a larry niven novel. from the practicality department: the more you're willing to invest on the "receiving mail" side, the less you care about spam of course, this doesn't solve the spam-is-global-warming issue, but at least i get to stay nice and cool... /mtr
