So, would having multiple results, that may allow you to get connected, be a definite advantage over the current situation? Fault-tolerance is a useful by-product of redundancy. If you have a list of two email addresses to contact me, this may allow you to choose one that works in spite of a sudden "out of quota" condition. And, all of this can be automated. Cheers, Ed Gerck
