Hi Lars,

I'm planning on submitting a WG version of dccp-natencap sometime in the
next few days.  I was planning for this version to incorporate changes
based on the comments we had back in December -- so from my viewpoint
there would be no open issues at that time.  Of course new issues could
come up...
