But I think that Guillermo refers to the user level DCCP API, that's
still a working in progress. Am I correct, Arnaldo?

I had two students working on writing a DCCP API documentation.  Here it

As for information:  How the lost packets (their seq number) can be
known by the source (suppose it wants to retransmit some of them)?
