Perhaps in an RFC tracking section you can say that an implementor MAY track faster restart before an explicit update to the RFC?Just to clarify (hit send too soon). An implementor of the CCID4 RFC MAY track the faster restart RFC and implement it before an explicit update to the CCID4 RFC.
