Is the packet size of TFRC-SP in tables 2 and 4 set to segment-size + 40? it seems +40 is only done for the 14 byte and 1460 byte segments? and not the 536?

+40 is done for all three packet sizes. The scripts are
available at:

right - just by looking at the tables, the first few rows are essentially 100*(segment size +40) KBps. I'm assuming in these instances the TCP-equation would allow sending more than 100 packets, and so it is over-ridded.

So, for example the first row of Table 2 should be:

    100*(14+40) = 5.40 KBps
    100*(536+40) = 57.6 KBps
    100*(1460+40) = 150 KBps

Except for the segment size 536 Tables 2 and 4 report a transport rate of 53.6 KBps instead of 57.6 KBps?

Yep. Sorry. I will fix it.
