http://larseggert.de/software/dccp-voip-src.tar.gz has the patches to  
Nishida-san's DCCP stack and the tools that Vlad wrote (R score  
calculation and kttcp). Note that this is alpha-quality code; I hope  
it's useful nonetheless.
