EC reports that Thermal Table has changed

Dear ibm-acpi-devel,

Logfile on Debian Wheezy shows to report to you like as belows,
At that time, I installed(and config) cpufreqd.
What can I do to solve issue?

Thinkpad X220i(Core i3)
$ uname -a
