linux-acpi, I'd guess, since this is related to the regular ACPI battery
driver.

Note that it might be a firmware issue in the W550 as well, I don't have
enough data to say otherwise.

You might want to open a bug report about it in bugzila.kernel.org, but make
sure you're using the latest W550 BIOS, first.
