When I undock the laptop from my Ultrabase 3 Dockingstation, I get the
following kernel message:

keyboard event received
[68930.939269] thinkpad_acpi: unhandled HKEY event 0x6040
[68930.939270] thinkpad_acpi: please report the conditions when this
event happened to ibm-acpi-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
[68930.939745] thinkpad_acpi: EC reports that Thermal Table has changed
[68930.943682] thinkpad_acpi: unknown possible thermal alarm or
keyboard event received
[68930.943685] thinkpad_acpi: unhandled HKEY event 0x6040
[68930.943687] thinkpad_acpi: please report the conditions when this
event happened to ibm-acpi-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
[68931.038938] thinkpad_acpi: undocked from hotplug port replicator

I can provide the full dmesg output if requested.

Cheers,
Michael
