Hmm, that's very interesting, and it brings to mind a few other
questions:

What is the intended effect of the "Fn key lock" function?  (I can infer
it, but since you can actually experience it...)

What really changes when it is enabled in Linux?

Do you know how it is supposed to behave in Windows (if it doesn't match
what happens in Linux) ?
