Hello,

while compiling vanilla kernel 2.6.38.3 today I saw this warnings
at my ThinkPad T400 :

drivers/platform/x86/thinkpad_acpi.c:537: warning: âvid_handleâ defined but not used
drivers/platform/x86/thinkpad_acpi.c:537: warning: âvid_parentâ defined but not used
drivers/platform/x86/thinkpad_acpi.c:537: warning: âvid_pathsâ defined but not used

If these are expected please ignore this mail.
Otherwise it might help to improve the driver.
