Brightness levels with a Lenovo W510

Hi,

if this is already known, feel free to ignore that mail.

The thinkpad_acpi driver is 2.6.35.5 seems to misdetect the
brightness levels on my W510. tpacpi_check_std_acpi_brightness_support
(thinkpad_acpi.c, line 6275) returns 0, which results in a 8-level
setup. But in reality I can (by modifying bright_maxlvl to 15) use
16 levels.

For further info, feel free to ask. And please Cc: me for answers to he
list, because I am not subscribed.

regards,
	Dietz
