Ah, I forgot it's NVIDIA, looks like their driver doesn't do proper xrandr, but they ship their own tool, nvidia-settings I think, it's a GUI and should be able to switch on and off the seperate screen, it's basicly nvidias xrandr (with less power =) ) Karsten btw, please reply all so it will go back to the list as well Am Mittwoch, 19.
