ibm-acpi 0.13-20061231 release available on sf.net

I have just released 0.13-20061231 in patch format, using the
sourceforge.net file release system.

Changes since the last release are:
	* Support for Legacy Bay on the T60p and other advanced ultrabay
	machines in IDE mode

I will do the releases through sourceforge from now on to avoid issues with
mailinglist archives.

The releases are also tagged in the git repository, now.
