Most of IA64 patches are in mainline now.

I have BSP removal support for IA64, which requires a acpi patch that's
sitting in acpi-test tree for a while. So I haven't been able to send
the updated files yet. I have posted an initial version of the patch to
the ia64 list, which isn't that different from what I have now.
