Mostly review comments from Andi Kleen are addressed. There is an existing issue with IPI broadcast race, and we are forced to not use this for correctness. Andi feels this may have some performance implication. If the issues are addressed, it may get staged in -mm as well sometime soon. Cheers, Ashok Raj
