[Hotplug_sig] Test lhcs-regression 0.1

Hi all,

I've posted the package of tests Mark sent me here:

http://developer.osdl.org/dev/hotplug/tests/lhcs-regression-0.1.tar.bz2

I assigned it the number 0.1 but otherwise have made no other changes
left.
