Hello,

Ok, maybe I can get the hs20-osu-client working again. Our primary goal
is to be the station so we can test AP configurations, but we also
will be using hostapd as our AP for internal testing.

Thanks,
Ben

Speaking as a developer working with this some: (no patches to
provide as yet, but have been testing)
- hostapd master has MOST of hotspot 2.0R3 - "advice of charge" is
missing. It also advertises hotspot 2.0R3 explicitly, but that can be
overridden by setting HS20_VERSION to - say - 0x10
- R1 and R2 seem complete.
Third party client and driver support are YMMV, however the
configurations provided do seem to work for test purposes at least.
wpa_supplicant works really well once you've got auth set up. (do any
other systems support hotspot 2.0r2 or higher?)
hs20-osu-client is still a nice test app, but no longer builds on
newer desktops - webkit 4.0 is out now.

Hello,

A few years ago we had HS20-r2 working with hostapd and supplicant, but
at some point things broke for reasons I forget.

We now have a customer interested in this again.

So, does anyone know the current status in the upstream hostap code?

Thanks,
Ben
