Hello, It appears that if you call 'set_neighbor' with the same data twice, then there are two duplicate entries created. Should we just reject the second set, or should we update any old values and consider the call a success? I think I'd prefer the 'update-and-succeess', but would like to hear some opinions before I write up the patch.
