This should usually do:

* enable EXPERT mode:
- General setup  --->
  - Configure standard kernel features (expert users)

* enable CONFIG_CFG80211_CERTIFICATION_ONUS
- Networking support  --->
  - Wireless  --->
    - cfg80211 - wireless configuration API
      - cfg80211 certification onus

* set CONFIG_ATH9K_DFS_CERTIFIED
- Device Drivers  --->
  - Network device support  --->
    - Wireless LAN  --->
      - Atheros 802.11n wireless cards support
        - Atheros DFS support for certified platforms

Ensure that you read and understand the notes given for the options, in particular
you accept that you won't operate the device on DFS channels unless you certify it.

Good Luck
