GTK+ 2.10.x - where do I get Win32 installer?

I am trying to find Win32 installer for GTK+ 2.10.x, but can not. It is
not at
ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.10/win32/  or any of the mirrors.
Where can I get it?
