New functionality for GnuGk 5.3 ready to be tested

Hi,

not long after the 5.2 release a new functions are ready to be
tested in the Github code:

https://github.com/willamowius/gnugk

Whats new ?

- loop detection for calls / LRQs sent to neighbors
saves a lot of processing time if you have many neighbors that all
ask each other who can handle a call

- a long standing bug has been fixed so that GnuGk can ow be used as a
multi-homed H.460.18 server (eg. your server can have dozens of IPs
and GnuGk can server endpoints on all of them as traversal server)

- new routing policy 'http' that can query any web server for the call
destinations, this is often easier to use than the status port for
  routing scripts

- a few bug fixes

Please test the code and report back!

Regards,
Jan
